Place in Pink

Pack the Place in Pink is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps to financially support Montana residents who are battling breast cancer.

Our Story

From Pink Shorts to Pink Hugs: Montana’s Fight Against Breast Cancer

In 2003, Skyview volleyball matriarch Vicki Carle’s breast cancer diagnosis inspired a wave of action. What began in 2007 with volleyball players wearing pink for awareness has grown into Pack the Place in Pink, a statewide movement. Since becoming a non-profit in 2013, we’ve provided financial “Pink Hugs” to support breast cancer patients across Montana, showing them they are not alone.
